Unsatisfied with Product - If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization number. There is a 15% restocking fee for refund requests. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable. Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to ACR Sporting Goods are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges unless a product is defective.
